GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

1. Our Philosophy
 

Kylha is founded on the belief that meaningful career success is achieved through commitment, knowledge and execution.

We encourage every learner to challenge conventional assumptions, take ownership of their development, and design their future with purpose rather than limitation.
 

While these Terms and Conditions set out the legal framework governing our services, our intention is to establish a transparent, respectful, and collaborative relationship between Kylha, its students, and its clients.
 

Our programmes are built around the principle of:
 

Never Settle. Future by Design.
 

This reflects our commitment to helping individuals move beyond inherited expectations and actively shape their professional and personal direction.
 

2. About Kylha
 

Kylha (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides education, coaching, mentoring, training, and professional development services, including but not limited to:

  • Career development programmes

  • Coaching and mentoring services

  • Employability and interview preparation

  • Internship facilitation support

  • Educational workshops and masterclasses

  • Online learning programmes

  • Advisory and consulting services

Our services are educational and developmental in nature. We do not provide regulated legal, financial, tax, or immigration advice unless explicitly stated in writing.

3. Definitions

In these Terms:

  • Agreement means these Terms and Conditions

  • Client means the person or organisation purchasing Services

  • Student means the individual participating in a Programme

  • Parent / Guardian means a legal representative of a Student where applicable

  • Programme means any structured course, training or coaching package

  • Services means all services provided by Kylha

  • Fees means the amount payable for Services

  • Materials means all content, including videos, documents, frameworks, and resources

  • Website means www.kylha.com or any associated domains

4. Acceptance of Terms

 

By:

  • purchasing a Programme or Service

  • completing checkout on our website

  • signing an agreement

  • or accessing paid Services

 

you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

If you do not agree, you must not proceed with purchase or participation.

 

5. Eligibility

 

5.1 Services are available to individuals aged 18 or over unless a parent or legal guardian provides consent.

 

5.2 Where a Student is under 18 or financially supported by a parent/guardian, the parent/guardian may be required to enter into this Agreement.

 

5.3 You confirm that all information provided to us is accurate and complete.

 

6. Programme Information

 

We aim to ensure all Programme descriptions are accurate. However:

  • content, structure, and delivery may evolve

  • improvements may be made to enhance learning outcomes

  • guest speakers or internship opportunities may vary

 

Such changes do not constitute a material change to the Services.

 

7. Formation of Contract

 

A contract between you and Kylha is formed when:

  • payment is successfully received, and

  • we confirm your enrolment via email or onboarding confirmation

 

We reserve the right to refuse enrolment at our discretion.

 

8. Fees and Payment

 

8.1 All Fees are stated in GBP unless otherwise specified.

8.2 Fees must be paid in full or via an agreed instalment plan.

8.3 We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but confirmed enrolments are unaffected.

8.4 Where applicable, VAT will be clearly stated.

 

9. Instalment Plans

 

9.1 Where instalment payments are agreed:

  • payments must be made on the due dates

  • failure to pay may result in suspension of Services

 

9.2 If payment fails:

  • we will attempt to notify you

  • a grace period may be applied at our discretion

 

9.3 Continued failure to pay may result in:

  • suspension of access

  • termination of Agreement

  • recovery action for outstanding amounts

 

10. Cooling-Off Period

 

10.1 If you purchase online, you may have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law.

 

10.2 However, if you request immediate access to Services, you acknowledge that:

  • services may begin within the cooling-off period

  • you may lose the right to cancel once delivery has started

 

This will be clearly presented at checkout.

 

11. Cancellation and Refunds

 

11.1 Before Programme Start

 

Refunds may be considered if cancellation is requested before access begins, subject to administrative deductions where applicable.

 

11.2 After Programme Start

 

Refunds are generally not provided once Services have commenced due to:

  • allocation of coaching resources

  • access to materials

  • scheduling commitments

 

11.3 Exceptional Circumstances

 

We may consider partial refunds in cases of:

  • serious illness

  • bereavement

  • exceptional hardship

 

at our discretion.

 

11.4 No Guarantee of Refund

 

All refund decisions are made in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law.

 

12. Deferrals

 

We may allow Students to defer participation to a later cohort at our discretion.

 

Requests must be made in writing.

 

13. Transfers

 

Transfers between programmes are not guaranteed but may be permitted depending on availability and suitability.

 

14. Delivery of Services

 

Services are delivered via:

  • online platforms (e.g. Zoom, learning portals)

  • pre-recorded materials

  • live sessions

  • workshops and events

 

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to digital platforms.

 

15. Student Responsibilities

 

Students agree to:

  • actively participate in the Programme

  • attend scheduled sessions where possible

  • complete assigned tasks

  • behave professionally and respectfully

  • engage constructively with coaches and peers

 

Failure to do so may impact outcomes and access.

 

16. Parent / Guardian Responsibilities

 

Where applicable, parents/guardians agree to:

  • support the Student’s participation

  • ensure timely payment

  • encourage engagement with the Programme

 

17. Code of Conduct

 

We expect all participants to behave respectfully.

 

We do not tolerate:

  • harassment or discrimination

  • abusive behaviour

  • disruption of sessions

  • misuse of community platforms

 

We reserve the right to remove any participant who breaches this policy.

 

18. Internship Facilitation

 

Where applicable, Kylha may provide internship facilitation services.

 

We do not guarantee:

  • placement with any specific organisation

  • paid employment

  • duration or structure of internships

  • future employment outcomes

 

Our role is to support and facilitate opportunities where possible.

 

19. Career and Educational Disclaimer

 

Our Services are educational and advisory in nature.

 

We do not guarantee:

  • employment outcomes

  • salary levels

  • job offers

  • sponsorship

  • immigration outcomes

 

Success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and external factors.

 

20. Intellectual Property

 

All Materials provided by Kylha are protected by intellectual property laws.

 

You may:

  • use Materials for personal learning only

 

You may not:

  • copy, distribute, resell, or share Materials

  • reproduce frameworks or programme content commercially

  • record or distribute sessions without permission

 

21. Confidentiality

 

You agree to keep confidential any:

  • personal information shared by other students

  • coaching discussions

  • internal programme materials

 

22. Data Protection

 

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

 

By using our Services, you consent to such processing.

 

23. Recording of Sessions

 

We may record sessions for:

  • quality assurance

  • training

  • learning access for students

 

By participating, you consent to such recording unless otherwise agreed.

 

24. Communications

 

We may communicate via:

  • email

  • messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp where applicable)

  • learning platforms

 

We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

 

25. Suspension of Services

We may suspend access if:

  • payments are overdue

  • there is misconduct

  • there is misuse of Services

 

26. Termination

 

We may terminate this Agreement if:

  • terms are breached

  • payments are not made

  • behaviour is inappropriate

 

Termination does not remove liability for outstanding fees.

 

27. Complaints

 

We aim to resolve issues fairly.

 

Complaints should be submitted in writing and will be acknowledged within a reasonable timeframe.

 

28. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss

  • our total liability is limited to the Fees paid for the Services

 

We will always provide Services with reasonable care and skill.

 

29. Force Majeure

 

We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • technical failures

  • illness

  • government restrictions

  • natural events

 

30. Entire Agreement

 

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Kylha unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

31. Changes to Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time.

 

The latest version will always be available on our website.

 

32. Governing Law

 

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
