Refund Policy

This policy explains your rights to cancel and request refunds when purchasing Kylha services, including Career Entry System and UK Career University programmes.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.

 

1. Cooling-Off Period

 

If you purchase online, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of payment under UK consumer law.

 

However:

 

If you request and begin accessing your programme or services during this 14-day period, you acknowledge that:

  • you may lose your right to a full refund once delivery has started

  • a proportionate deduction may apply based on services already provided

 

2. Cancellation Before Programme Start

 

If you cancel before your programme begins:

  • You may be eligible for a full refund

  • An administrative fee may be deducted (where applicable)

 

Programme start is defined as the earliest of:

  • onboarding session

  • access to learning materials

  • first coaching session

  • internship matching initiation

 

3. Cancellation After Programme Has Started

 

Once the programme has started:

  • refunds are generally not available

  • this is because resources, coaching time, and programme access have already been allocated

 

However, we may review exceptional cases (see Section 6).

 

4. Instalment Payments

 

If you choose to pay by instalments:

  • you are responsible for completing all agreed payments

  • missed payments may result in suspension of access

  • all remaining instalments remain payable even if you stop attending

 

5. Transfers & Deferrals

 

At our discretion, we may allow:

  • deferral to a future cohort

  • transfer to an alternative programme

 

Requests must be made in writing and are not guaranteed.

 

6. Exceptional Circumstances

 

We may consider partial refunds or alternative arrangements in cases such as:

  • serious illness or medical condition

  • bereavement

  • extreme personal hardship

 

Supporting evidence may be required.

 

Each case is reviewed individually and fairly.

 

7. No Guarantee Policy

 

Kylha provides education, coaching, and career development support.

 

We do not guarantee:

  • employment outcomes

  • salary levels

  • internship placement

  • visa or immigration outcomes

  • job offers or sponsorship

 

Refunds cannot be issued based on outcomes not being achieved.

 

8. Non-Refundable Items

 

The following are non-refundable once access has been granted:

  • programme materials

  • coaching sessions delivered or scheduled

  • internship facilitation work already undertaken

  • digital content or recordings accessed

 

9. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

 

To request cancellation or refund review, contact: hello@kylha.com

 

Please include:

  • full name

  • programme purchased

  • reason for request

 

We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

 

10. Legal Rights

 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

11. Agreement at Checkout

 

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

  • you understand this Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • you agree to the terms outlined above

  • you accept that programme access may begin immediately upon purchase
